Trust & deliverability

Our Email Practices

We use email for genuine customer support, account/service messages and permission-based marketing. This page explains the controls we use to keep those streams responsible and wanted.

1. Where recipients come from

Read Write Arabic does not buy, rent, scrape or import unrelated third-party lists for marketing. Marketing addresses are collected directly through Read Write Arabic when an adult deliberately chooses to receive marketing messages.

2. Marketing consent is optional

Creating an account does not require marketing consent. The marketing option is separate from our Terms and Privacy Policy, is not pre-selected, and uses clear wording explaining that the messages may include learning tips, product updates and offers.

When an adult opts in, we record the account, timestamp, source and consent-policy version so the choice can be demonstrated later.

3. Support and transactional mail

Replies to customer-initiated support or sales conversations are sent only as part of that conversation. Account, billing, security and other service messages are sent when needed to provide the requested service. They are not treated as marketing consent.

4. Unsubscribes

Every marketing campaign must provide a clear unsubscribe route. An unsubscribe is honoured for future marketing email and must not require the recipient to buy anything or keep marketing enabled to use the learning service.

5. Bounces and complaints

Hard-bouncing addresses and spam complaints are treated as stop signals. Our sending infrastructure is configured to suppress addresses that should not be retried, and our marketing system must not continue sending campaigns to contacts who have bounced, complained or unsubscribed.

6. Sending volume and reputation

We increase marketing volume gradually as the legitimate subscriber base grows. We monitor delivery, bounce and complaint signals and investigate abnormal changes rather than repeatedly sending to poor-quality lists.

7. Authentication

Our sending domain is configured for modern email authentication, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Marketing and service mail are sent using authenticated infrastructure rather than disguising the sender.

8. Children

Child learning profiles are not enrolled into direct-marketing campaigns. Marketing choices are controlled by adult account holders.

9. Contact

Questions or concerns about an email from Read Write Arabic can be sent to hello@readwritearabic.com. Support conversations can be sent to help@readwritearabic.com.
